Service Description

Let your child's imagination run wild with Seaside Play Cape Cod's Open Play program! This unstructured play time allows your child to explore our themed dramatic play area, get creative with crafts, explore sensory bins, and adventure using our large climbing blocks. It's the perfect opportunity for your child to have fun and learn through play.

Open play is exactly what it sounds like: your child gets to explore, create, and play freely in our thoughtfully designed space. There's no structured agenda, just the freedom to discover. Each month, our space transforms around a new theme. Past themes have included pirates and mermaids, camping, construction and space adventures!

 

Every session features:

• Themed dramatic play area — imaginative roleplay designed around the month's theme.

• Sensory bins — tactile materials that engage curiosity and support sensory development

• Arts & crafts station — open-ended creative materials appropriate for all ages.

• Climbing structure — active, large-motor play for confident movers.

• Cozy reading corner — a calm space for little ones who need a quieter moment
